Jordan & Danika | Dallas, TX
I was thrilled when Aimee first mentioned that her cousin Danika was interested in having us do her engagement pictures. Aimee talks about her cousins often, and has long contended that they are not only family, but some of her best friends. When the time came for us to head to Dallas, I rented Nikon's 58mm 1.4 to give the session a little something special, and hopped on the plane, excited for what I knew would be a great weekend.
Danika and her fiance Jordan live in a beautiful part of Dallas near Turtle Creek. After snapping a few pictures outside of their condo, we spent the morning exploring Lee Park, which surrounded around Turtle Creek.
After a solid day of fun, we followed up with an evening session at The George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, just outside of the SMU campus.
Big thanks to Jordan, Danika, Natalie, and Danika's parents for an awesome trip. Can't wait to see y'all in May for the wedding!
